What We Do

Cross Lane Engineering Ltd provide Process Engineering Consultancy, Process Management and Engineering Management services to the Oil, Gas, Refining, Mining and Nuclear Industries.

Who We Are

Our Chief Engineer is Paul J. Chapman B.Eng(Hons) CEng FICheme – a Lead Process Engineer/ Process Manager/ Engineering Manager based in Reading, Berkshire, UK.

Paul has over 20 years experience gained with some of the biggest engineering contractors in the World such as KBR, Fluor, Jacobs and Amec Foster Wheeler.

Roles have included Project Process Manager, Engineering Manager, Leadn Engineer, steady-state simulation specialist and Licensor Coordinator.

During those 20+ years, Paul has worked across the breadth of project types, from studies, FEED projects, EPC projects to troubleshooting and brownfield upgrades across a range Oil, Gas, Refining, NGL and LNG sectors.

We have worked on World-scale Projects for many prestigious clients including; Saudi Aramco, BP, Dow, Gasco, TCO, Ma’aden, Shell.
